Jeff has four years of experience in the solar industry and has been a key player in the financing of over 1.2 GWdc of projects, power contracting for over 900 MWdc, and the sale of a 9 GW development pipeline. He started his career as an Officer at Naval Reactors where he led design engineering, construction, testing, and lifecycle planning activities for aircraft carrier nuclear propulsion systems. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.

Rich Clark , VP of Development
Rich Clark

Rich manages all aspects of project engineering and development activity for Industrial Sun. At 7X Energy, Rich was the VP of Engineering leading PV layout optimization, energy simulations, site studies, Independent Engineering reports, and final design reviews that support development and construction of all projects. Prior to joining 7X, Rich worked at SunPower as the Development Engineering Manager for Utility Power Plants covering North and South America. There, Rich worked on numerous power plant projects in the early development phase totaling over 3 GW of capacity. He also led the development engineering on seven UPP projects totaling over 450 MW in the U.S. and Latin America. Before SunPower, Rich was a Project Engineer at NRG Energy working on development for solar distributed generation and utility solar power plants.
Rich currently serves on the board of Solar Austin which promotes policies and programs for the local solar industry including a focus on implementing programs that provide more diversity within the renewable energy industry.
He has an MBA from Drexel University and BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a licensed PE in New Jersey.

Alexandra Williams , VP of Origination
Alexandra Williams

Alexandra is responsible for Industrial Sun’s origination efforts where she devises creative power solutions to meet customer needs. Her extensive career experience in the power sector includes contracting over 800 MW of renewable power purchases and managing the two largest demand response books in the ERCOT market--with over 15 GW of aggregated power generation. Notably, the Gulf Coast Power Association selected her as the 2021 recipient of the Empowering Young Professionals Award, given annually to someone under 40 who has accomplished excellence in the power industry. Prior to joining the Industrial Sun team, she served ExxonMobil Corporation (XOM), where she developed and expanded XOM’s participation in the power markets. At XOM, she was responsible for renewable power purchases, trading, growing the demand response portfolio and managing key relationships/accounts in ERCOT, CAISO and MISO.
